Modern classics means two things in this mix. Drawing on the 2020s, DJ Rap spins plenty of heaters on their way to cementing themselves as essential parts of the jungle canon—tracks from the likes of Serum, Conrad Subs and Harley D. But there’s also new takes on the firmly established classics, including a Chase & Status remix of “Original Nuttah” by Shy FX and Rap’s own rework of Amazon II’s “Deep in the Jungle”. “Classics are always going to be classic,” she tells Apple Music, “but great remixes will introduce them to new generations to enjoy.”
