On her 2025 full-length debut, <i>FX De La Rose</i>, Puerto Rican singer De La Rose justified her rapid rise to the realm of Latin-pop stardom and proved herself beyond prior appearances as an emerging talent on other people’s projects. Roughly eight months later, she returns with <i>Mi Carpe Diem</i>, an EP that reaffirms and, at times, extends her position as one of the brightest figures in a competitively crowded space. From the dance-floor declarations of <b>“La Vida Es Una”</b> to the slo-mo perreo of <b>“Gati”</b> with Dei V and Hades66, she plays firmly within familiar genre zones while subtly teasing the boundaries. Her enhanced artistry is on exhibit throughout the six-track effort, looming in the pulsating yet airy <b>“Data”</b> and reflecting off the reggaetón luster of <b>“Carolina”</b>.
